“This odd-sounding sandwich brings together a lot of fun flavors into one surprisingly tasty sandwich. Kids will love fun of it, especially if you ask them to help assemble the sandwiches. Plus they'll be getting good fruit and protein at the same time!
    Ingredients

    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    2 slices white bread, toasted
    3 slices crispy bacon
    1/2 apple, cored and sliced

    Directions

Spread peanut butter onto one side of one slice of toast. Place slices of bacon onto the peanut butter and then the apple slices. Top with the other slice of bread.

My mom aways made peanut butter and bacon sandwiches. Adding the apple would improve the health factor.
