I just realized I didn't cover the fact that you can drag "multiple" into the edit screen at the same time. You can also use the "UPLOAD A FILE" button next to the "POST REPLY" or "CREATE THREAD" button. In both cases you can upload multiple pictures at the same time.

How I do it, is when I know I'm going to have multiple pictures in a reply or thread, I upload them all at once. Then as you are typing you can insert the image inline on the fly. Here is the step by step (from iPad), but essentially the same from a PC.

Here is the picture of me getting ready to reply to this thread with images uploaded in advance (makes easy to put inline on the fly). Notice all the images are there.. the steps below will show step by step how I did this.

    Step 1: Pressed “Reply”

Step 2: Upload the images using “UPLOAD FILE” button
To me the best option for multiple files from a mobile device (works essentially the same on a PC) is the “UPLOAD FILE” button. NOTE: I’m on an iPad so its going it provided the option of taking a photo also.

Step 3: Click on the “UPLOAD A FILE” button next to the “POST REPLY” button.

Step 4: When prompted choose one of the following uptions (Again this is from mobile).
    • Take a Photo or Video
    • Photo Library (one I chose)
    • Browse - this allows you to browse other applications and the file system for pictures or attachments.

Step 5: Choose all the images you want to upload:

Step 6: Make sure you press the “DONE” Button:

Step 7: You will see the images upload below the edit box.

Step 8: Type out the message you like. As you are typing if you want to put in an image you can just stop typing and click on either the “thumbnail” or “full image” options. (I prefer the “Full Image” option). For example, this is me doing that now...

This is a quick way to put multiple images into a thread without having to stop and add them as you go...

This to me works better than using the little icon in the editor box 3B659074-AB2D-477D-AA97-EF1D09BBEFBA.jpeg

you can do it that way but you have to add them 1 by 1 and if you “press” insert when done it will dump them all into the edit box.

Hope this helps streamline everyone’s ability to upload files. Let me know if you have any questions or if I missed anything.
