    I made this for dinner yesterday it was really good!

    I used an 8" saute pan instead of a 10" one. This made a smaller tart that used about a pound of bacon and two potatoes.

    Whoa!

    Anything with that much bacon in it HAS to be delicious. :drool

    Looks delicious...but that would be about 2 weeks worth of salt for me.
