Hi Everyone, I am new to the site and to mini ownership. I recently picked up a 2005 R50 all stock MINI. I am the second owner and it appears to be in pretty good shape. While this is my first MINI, it has been a long time dream for me. I saw my first Classic Mini in person on campus at Ohio State in 1980. I was in love from that point on. I have always delayed this purchase because of other more pressing issues. Finally my time has come and I haven't stopped smiling for a month. Nice to meet you all, Thanks. Jeff
Welcome aboard Jeff. There a bunch of your fellow Ohioans here who can tell you the best places to eat. :cornut: Jim
Hey Jeff..... Welcome to M/A I see the first order of business was to establish your garage, good job. Nice Red MINI.:arf: I see you met Jim already. He's from Pa. but wishes he was here in Ohio, because we do good food. He's sort of the good uncle next door. You need to hook up with all of the other MOM members..... Tim Horton's breakfast and the Christmas dinner. See...... Food again.:ihih:
Hi Jeff!!! Welcome to the world of MINI ownership. Hope you can make the next MINI morning breakfast at Tim's in New Albany on the 18th.
Jeff, don't let the Old Farts and Silverbacks from Mid-Ohio Motoring scare you...they are very tame, (eer I mean LAME) Head on out to breakfast with us on the 18th, we'll be talking FOOD opcorn:opcorn:opcorn:
We will be talking food, swapping gifts, and kicking tires. Don't worry about the Old Farts (a.k.a. Silverbacks), their meds usually keep them tame at that hour of the morning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hello from a fellow Ohio Stater and welcome to MA! The Mid-Ohio Motoring Club has a lot of exciting stuff going on each month, so make sure to stop by one of the monthly breakfasts or dinners and say hello!
