    Huh........
Do you remember what size hole was in the glass?
There are standard size electronic chassis hole covers available. Some are made out of fiberglass with a threaded collar. You could paint the cover black or match your body color.

Somewhere here on M/A I gave a website to a company that had an actual glass plug kit?? Maybe Nathan or Jerry can help find it?

I use a rear camera myself.

I like the use of a M/C Barend. Makes perfect sense to me !!

I have been thinking about this myself for a little while now, as i never use the damned thing.

    Here's mine.

Flush, threaded hole plugs and a sealant washer. Easy on, easy off, no messy sealant.

Funny, after I saw this thread I went straight to a photo of your ride. It's strange that I never really think about the fact that people are missing rear wipers until it's pointed out.

The rear on MINIs looks so much cleaner without the wiper!

Yup, shaving the wiper is one of the best bang/buck mods IMO. You pay a few dollars and your car looks exceptionally better.

The rear wipers on MINI's are useless anyways. All they ever did was smear all the dirt, salt, and grudge that inevitably found its way onto the rear window.

Where did you find those caps? I checked my local Lowes and did not come up with anything.

In lowes (or home depot) they are in the hardware section under the screws where they have the little drawers filled with misc hardware. They're usually down at the end.

Mine are just regular hole plugs that I found, and then I sourced the sealant washers from a large hardware company online

    -Sand them smooth
    -Primer them
    -Sand the primer
-Spray them with OEM body color spray paint (I had mine left over from painting my wheels. I got the paint from detroit tuned)
    -Clearcoat
    -Buff
    -Install

Not that I use my rear wiper very often at all, but does everyone just RainX the rear window? I need to actually do my front and rear window. Sorry if this post is out of place.
