Yes, it sounds rather odd. Trust me on this...

    You'll need:

Grapes, I use locally grown, pesticide free organic grown Concord Grapes. They have seed.

    Olive Oil

    Salt / Pepper

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a standard home sized sheet pan with parchment paper.

Wash and removes the stems from the grapes. Toss them in a bowl with just enough oil to give them a sheen. Season with some salt and pepper.

Dump onto baking pan in a single layer.

Into the oven for 25-30 min depending on the size of the grapes.

Try and fold the parchment paper on the edges to keep the juice in place. You want to scrape all that off the paper as best you can too.

You may ask yourself, what can I do with these roasted grapes.

Pairs great with cheese and wine instead of the oh so traditional bunch of grapes. Serve warm as a spread. Your guests will flip out. The flavor is rich, deep, and very grape.

A condiment with a grilled pork chop.

This is either a great idea or is this an example of failing to make your own raisins?

So I tried this today...and it is delicious! That caramelized goodness that happens when the sweet juices run out of the grapes...yum...
