That's a surprisingly small building (especially for 1.8 million dollars). I didn't read or watch far enough to see what they wanted to do with the building. Museum?

"We would like to turn this building into an Education Centre and Community Garage for Adults and young people with a Motorsport Qualification and other Automotive Qualifications. On top of this we would like to offer a meeting place (Eg ‘The Cooper Cafe’). A place for [M]ini and Classic Car owners to meet and share their common love of everything fast and Classic. A place where the old can reminisce and the young can learn."

Heres a link to the realty company

I also think BMW/MINI should step up and help.
