Woah...could it be that we will stop handing out $6 Billion every year and make E10 and E85 compete on a level playing ground price-wise with our beloved gasoline? It's not a done deal yet but this is some really positive stuff coming out of DC for a change. At least I think so, but them again I don't get an Ethanol subsidy.
They still have plenty of time to screw it up.... Common sense is an extremely endangered species in DC.
