Shasta Minis 2012 Planning Meeting -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Saturday, January 14, 2012 Time: 10:00am until 12:00pm Where: Marie Callendars, 1987 Hilltop Dr., Redding, California Please join us for our 2012 Planning gathering. Please bring your notebooks, calendars, maps, ideas, and imagination to help us workout our 2012 schedule of events. We are looking for new routes, new restaurants, new points of interest. We would like to add new places to go and things to do. We need your input. We would like to add some activities, picnics, attractions, sporting events, car shows, and other cool stuff. Last year we had a great turnout with about 20-30 Minis. After breakfast it was mild and clear so we did a “Dam Tour†visiting Shasta Dam, Keswick Dam, and Whiskeytown Dam. If weather permits we can do something similar, maybe a “waterfall tourâ€. It takes plenty of time and effort to plan out schedules, map out routes, plan potty & gas stops, meals, and overnight accommodations. The sooner we get started the sooner we can have some FUN!!! Here is our event listing on Facebook: 2012 Gathering and Planning | Facebook We need your input. We would like to add some picnic areas, attractions, sporting events, car shows, and other cool stuff. It takes alot of time and effort to make up schedules, route maps, scheduled gas & potty stops, meals stops, and overnight accomodations. The sooner we get started the more time we have for FUN!!! Please RSVP so we can give Marie Callendars a head-count.
