It sure was a lot of fun for our Shasta Minis to visit the Vets home on Saturday. We all enjoyed it and a BIG thanks to the Hills Angels Wheel Chair Drill Team for guiding us around the wards. Shasta Minis were able to raise $1000 for the transportation fund and the Redwood Empire Mini group raised another $500 making a grand total of $1500. I hope the vets enjoyed our little Christmas Carol performance, we sure enjoyed doing it. We plan to return next year and have some new ideas to bring with us.

By the way here are some photos that Robyn Saunders took during our visit. After we left Yountville, we drove to Old Shasta and did a Christmas Carol performance at their Christmas celebration as well. Then we attended a Sun Kings concert in Redding on Sunday, so you will see some extra photos in the album.

Thanks for the kind and supporting words

Here is a video from our visit to the Veterans Home in Yountville last weekend. We visited the wards and sang Christmas Carols for the vets. It’s a fairly long video, so grab some hot cider and a bowl of popcorn and enjoy.
