What did you get for Christmas, anything for the MINI? I'll start... My family gave me exactly what I wanted. They all went away and I had a very nice quiet day, the phone didn't even ring once...ahh peace on earth.
Got my Aero front bumper back from the painter. it is all together and ready to install but I am not cutting brake ducts in 10" of snow so it will have to wait a week or 2 till I install it. My wife also got me a little remote control Mini that you can actually drive on windows and walls! (has a little vacuum in the bottom of it)
I found a MINI Challenge car under my tree and some tunes to boot! Christmas was very nice at our house!
Nothing exactly car related - but she got us a pretty high end Sony Blu-ray player, and one of the features of it is that it will play from a USB connection, which means rather than connecting to the laptop to play Top Gear that I download from M/A, I can save them to an 8gig thumbdrive, then plug that directly in to the player.....at least I think I can.
You can test that out later this evening with the TG Christmas Special that is now airing on the BBC. Look for it later today here on M/A.
A pretty cool Where's the Stig? book (analogous to Where's Waldo) that my daughter purchased online from a source in the UK. Each page has a theme based on a Top Gear episode from the past two seasons. Not only can one seek the Stig, but also the ghost of the black Stig, Jeremy, James, Richard, jars of Stig Jam, a Bugatti Veyron, and a gazillion other fun things related to past episodes. Oh, and one other thing...upon close inspection there are a few R-rated items hiding in the pages too...certainly not something you'd see in a Waldo book! :devil:
First I have to hook it up! My setup is in a large, extremely heavy cabinet that I cannot move, which makes it really tough to plug stuff in in the back!

It's coming late but the wife is getting me a Helix FMIC. Gotta love it when your significant other is as crazy about MINI's as you are.
