    maybe there's a reason whoever set that camera up did so. probably trying to prove someone was hitting their car and now they have him on video.

    Why.....what are all of these scratches on my front bumper from ! ! Surely someone couldn't have parked there.

    Saw that on the news this morning, if it was good parallel parking he wouldn't have hit the car at all!
