    After discovering his luggage was damaged during a recent trip, a Southwest Airlines passenger launched a website with various images to illustrate his trip as a letter to Southwest.

    Southwest responds in kind.

    SW is a good airline... My only complaint is that they are kind of like a bus on cross-country flights. I flew from Birmingham, AL to Phoenix when I was in college and, including the landing in Phoenix, we stopped 5 times. My sinuses were shot and I was beat to heck from the compression/decompressions on that flight... I though we were going to stop twice, or what was listed on the ticket, but that was not the case. THAT sucked... :rolleyes:
