Curious to see what effect would a BVH have on these numbers. Any expectations on that end Paul?

We have a few BVH to try for 2012........everything we've tried so far has gained hp, so I'm sure there's a lot of heartache to come :)

You & me both, if I can get this damn misfire figured out, I hope to shed a little light on this subject.

It was, this is something new, (just call me Murphy) new cam took away ALL of my old problems, but apparently in the process of re-assembly I pinched one of the wires to my #4 injector, had to splice in the #4 550 pigtail, which fixed the misfire 95% (the miss went from really bad w/ a 0304 code and t/c & ses lights to now barely noticable at an idle with only a t/c light & 0304) so far I've checked or changed, compression, plugs, injectors and plug wires all seems fine. Today I'm going to try reading the faults with my F/A software (instead of my cheapo code reader) to see if it tells me any more info, look at some logs and check the current on my coil.
As of now it's still a mystery, the car starts & idles perfectly for about 30 seconds, then you can hear the slightest misfire from the exhaust and the t/c light comes on w/ a 0304 code, the misfire is so slight that if it weren't for the light & me listening for it you might never know it. I really hate tracking down electrical sh*t.

What about the coil? You sure the plug wires are ok?

Yup, changed wires, changed plug positions, changed injector positions, did compression check to help rule out qny easily apparent mechanical issues, what ever it is is a result of or relates to the original misfire with the pinched & bared wire, the first couple of drives before that were great.

It couldn't be something as learned adaptations from the earlier problems. Maybe try canceling the adaptations if that hasn't already been done.

That is actually my next step, I was thinking along the same lines since the misfire doesn't start until the car runs for a few seconds. Will have to be tomorrow though, have to work again tonight.

Any head JCW, BVH or stock with the exhaust improved will yields gains.
Engines that get boosted like to get it out as fast as it goes in. :D

I would expect over 300 with the mods and charger. How much psi is the 60mm?

Its fluctuates on the 19/20 psi border..............we're still experimenting and it would be nice to see 300whp.
