My sunroof doesn’t close flush, the front moveable glass sits up 3~4 cm were it meets the rear fixed panel.
Has anyone any experience with adjusting the panel so I can get it to close flush with the rear panel?
A couple of years ago the dealership replaced the seal because the fuzz had worn off on the exposed surface around the glass. It wasn’t quite right when they did the job recently I have noticed it seems to have changed and is sitting up more.
Have you successfully adjusted yours? Please share your experience here.

    Thanks in advance, Norm

Sorry Norm, no experience here. I had to clean out the silicone grease on the sunroof tracks after spinning off track into a sand trap, but I didn't adjust anything. There isn't much room to work in there.

It's probably a common dealership request to adjust the sunroof. I think spec is 1mm below the roof in the front and 1mm above the roof in the rear. Try talking to the mechanics at your local dealership.

Guess I'm going to have to become an expert on this, Glory!
