So i'm, buying a very low mileage 2008 R52 that has leatherette. I currently have a 2006 R53 with english panther leather. Should I decide to sell the R53, I'd like to switch the seats so I keep the english panther leather in the R52.

Is is as simple as a direct swap? Thanks

    Do you have seat heaters?

Should be a straight swap. HOWEVER, there are airbag connections so before doing this disconnect the negative battery terminal in each car. DO NOT put in a key and turn it, until all is buttoned back up.

Yes, seat heaters on the English panther but not on the leatherette. I suppose I can swap the controls for those also?

The seat heater controls would be easy to swap, but if the 2008 R52 isn't prewired you'll have to swap the seat heater wiring harnesses as well.
