Hey guys I'm looking to get my oil changed out because I refuse to believe the oil is lifetime despite what anyone tells me. So I was just curious to know how hard is this to do? Has anyone done it or had a shop do it? I'm just wondering if it's just a easy drain and fill or is it a pain to remove things to get to the plugs?

The first and most important step.... Remove the fill plug first... If you can't remove it, don't remove the drain plug...

To fill it... use a funnel with a length of tubing from above the engine... or one of those hand pumps from under the engine...

If you have a air compressor you can put a peace of fuel hose in the top of the bottle and seal it with tape. Then poke a small hole at the top of the bottle. Turn your compressor down to 20psi. put the hose in the fill hole and blow air into the small hole. fills right up.

So I'm guessing you don't have to remove anything to get to either plugs then?

Both plugs are easily gotten to from under the car.

Sweet that's good to hear, I just have a feeling this car has never had it changed and it's at 130K so it's time for a change
