Sort of. There is the MINI Shops List These have all paid to be on the list. However, if there are bad reports I don't renew them. So, it is not totally unbiased. There is a link in the Main Menu located on the left side of most all pages.
You can check the M\A Vendor \ Sponser list at the top of the M\A page to see if someone is near you.
