The History Channel is running ads that Season 2 of Top Gear US will start on July 24. There sure is a plethora of Automotive shows going on these days.
Looking forward to Adam Carolla's new car show on Speed Channel. I listen to his CarCast podcast every week and is great. He has mentioned many time that he is interested in purchasing a MINI GP.

I have ordered tickets to be at the taping of the US Top Gear on July 17. I enjoyed last season and am looking forward to seeing the new season taped in Irvine, CA.
I went to one of the tapings on Sunday and had a very fun time. We got to see bits and pieces from three episodes. There were some very funny scenes. Looks like a better season coming.
I haven't seen any of the new episodes but I've been told the show is improving. That's good news. Just read Rutledge Wood is going to run in Toyota's Pro/Celeb race this year (14 Apr). Wonder if that will make it into a segment on the show.
I've been watching what they are calling Season 2.5. It's getting better. There is some chemistry between the gang of 3 now and they have been doing some fun stuff. I'd recommend recording the shows to the DVR and fast forwarding through the plethora of commercials.
