This account is most likely fictional. I am visiting some friends in NorCal/Sierras/Yosemite area. For the trip I gifted myself with the Valentine One Yesterday I went on a little run to test a few things on highway 140 just east of 49. The road was closed for this event, of course. :biggrin5: As I opened up the M5 I watched the HUD speedo clime into the three digit range in 3rd gear. Rolling through the twisties, the V1 suddenly lit up like the Christmas tree alerting me to the random placement of my CHP test subject just around the next bend. Off the gas with right foot, brake with left and by the time I got into his LOS I was down to within reasonable 5 miles over the speed limit. In my rear view mirror I saw my test subject look down, fire up his cruiser, swing a u-turn and take off after a ghost. Once my pucker factor came down a few levels I realized that V1 just paid for itself in spades.
