    I was curious how many of you have checked out the new Discovery Channel offering " Velocity " it is an automotive/ technology channel that has just recently began broadcasting. So far what I have seen looks decent. will keep watching for a while, just so it doesn't go the same way as Speed..

    I wish I could but my cable co only offers it in a package with one other channel for $12 mo. I have trouble justifying that.

    The channel used to be labeled Discover HD, the change to Velocity was recent. I had it before in Texas and it was one of my favorites.

    Basically just a new name for HD Theater with the same shows that have been on for awhile. Pretty good stuff, love "Chasing Classic Cars" but don't get to excited if you miss and episode of your favorite, because they will re-air it over and over and over...and over..and..over...and....well You get the picture.

    But it does show the WRC races a couple of weeks after the race...

    I have found it to be something you can leave on the tele' while cruising the forums.

    OCC lost it's allure the moment Mikey...well, the wear and tear on the electric meter just wasn't worth it.

    From my perspective Jr. could do his own series. He was the one at OCC who had the design genes. Seniors only vision is old school choppers with no imagination.
