We don’t love the watermark, but here’s an inside look at how Prodrive created the MINI Countryman WRC test car. Enjoy!

Awesome! Finally we can get out there and give the other builders some competition of our own. Can't wait to watch.

I love watching WRC!!! I'm happy that MINI is jumping into the mix... I hope they can sign some quality drivers.

Glad to see more competition in the WRC & very happy to see new fans finding their way to rallying. As an old school rally guy it makes me smile. :D

I am sorry to see they are going to miss the Monte. Even though it is not a WRC event anymore it would have been a very fitting debut for MINI.

Good stuff!!! Hope the car is fairly competitive out of the box... Watching them installing the coil overs really shows how much more suspension travel that will be available in the Countryman platform.

I'm sure there will be some growing pains in the process but they have plenty of time to get lots of testing time in...

Real cars---===--- real racing. WRC =yes

I pity the people that don't have HDtheator on their channel lineup. There is no racing in the world that is as exciting as the World Rally Championships. You sure never get bored and fall asleep when watching it on TV.

Now thw Citron's and Ford's may have some compitition starting in Italy.

I also like the Contental Challenge series on Speedvision when they run the ST class and not just the GT's.

First picture of the rally engine hidden in the video. I like how they slanted it to the firewall....

Yep, always wished the motor could be moved back in relationship to the drive axles..... :)

UMMM... slanting it back on the R53 might open up other opportunities too.....
