I still have an LP flip phone, it has been through the wash and survived. I used to get a lot of text ads, until I turned off texting. It has bluetooth and sounds real good through the MINI's bluetooth phone.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 that I mostly use for looking up old actors on IMDB when I'm watching Turner Classic Movies. Most of my web surfing is done on my laptop.

Are you going to clear bra it after it fully cures? I was never a clear bra fan until I did the Helmet, now I'll never have a car without it. Three years and not a single chip on the bumper, hood or headlights. The next time I'll do the entire hood so that there is not the line you get when just doing the front half.

When I paint the hood of the Porker, I will probably have somebody do one of the good spray on bra's over the whole front of the car. I have paint chips out the [emoji206] because The gravel trucks use the same roads I use to go to work.[emoji20]

Oh well gives me an excuse to do something crazy. [emoji12]

Today I went and looked at my MINI at the body shop. They called me, to come look at two little paint spots because they know I am very picky. Everything looks good and I would be picking up my car Monday.

Cleaned the brake dust off of the wheels. They're open enough to do inside and
out with a wet paper towel without taking the wheels off the car.

Drove the Countryman on a 1300+ mile trip, tires are shot, had the CMT down at Schomp MINI today for an oil change, computer showing 2800 miles left before it was due, black sludge, thick and ugly, never again. Going to force the change at 7500 or every 6 months.

Since I have extended warranty, noted that the top of engine had an oil spot and film, they found that the valve cover gasket was leaking and the valve cover and gasket gets replaced as a unit. TG, for the extended warrenty, $50 out of pocket MINI silver, retail on this dealer bit, around $500 installed.

Pat drove the 07 MINI to her volunteer work, she was really not thrilled other than for the power. :) Low and tight and bumpy, guess she does love her Countryman.

Took Skooby the clubster to the good folks at Discount Tire this morning in & out in under an hour. Balanced the tires along with a rotation. Smooooth...... The Tires are nearing the end of their time on Skooby. In November the Blizzaks go on & next spring some new shoes will be installed.
