between "New Posts" and "Today's Post"? I'm sorry but I just can't understand the difference. I'm generally not easily confused, but on this I'm lost. The two headings appear to be redundant.

For example, sometimes (like this morning) I will reply to a post and it will not show up in "New Posts" but will show up in "Today's Posts".

If it's a Today post should it not then by default be New?

Geez.....it's way to early to be talking like this....I need some coffee....

The distinction is not that huge between the two.

New Posts is a listing of all threads with unread posts. I'm pretty sure this goes back to display all threads with unread posts for the past 10 days.

Today's Posts only shows those threads that have unread posts for the past 24 hours.

Unread Posts only shows the number of new unread posts since your last visit.

Hope that helps, I'm still working on 1st cup as well.
