So, thinking of redoing my window tint and trying to get away from that little silver circle on the back windows. Looks like I might go with FormulaOne Pinnacle series tint. 5% on the back three windows and 50% on the two fronts. Have read on a few different ways to tint over the bumps,

Wet sand them down, have heard this is not a good way?

Paint over them with black paint.

    Vinyl over them, then tint.

Do not tint over them, leave that area untinted.

    Use the "glue" method.

Do the "dry" tint method over that area.

So.... What ways have you guys and gals tackled this?

    Thanks

Only time I have ever seen that look good afterwards was when the owner told me that the installer actually "scraped" the dots off. He wasn't sure how it was done, but he wanted the same thing you did and the installer said this was the only way he knew that would still look good way down the road.
