    Interesting! Also, there is the infamous Eggs Benedict. An Old Town Littleton, Colorado breakfast hot spot called Toast has an entire section of the menu devoted to variations of the Eggs Benedict. My favorite uses a very generously sized Rib Eye atop homemade Sourdough thick cut toast. EPIC!:drool
