In immediate need of a 02~04 OEM, MCS xenon headlight, passenger side with or without washer.
If you happen to have the housing I can put my good parts into that and I'm good.

Or an OEM 05~06 MCS xenon complete headlight set, I think I can put my washers in those units also.

My lens, trim ring and reflector are broken, washer cover is missing. The light still works but with the lamps unprotected they will crap if they get wet.
Therefore I'm not able to drive my MINI... HELP
    Please PM/Email me thanks, Norm

Anyone know of a reasonably priced salvage yard that deals in MINI parts?

There's a MINI-specific yard in Cali. There's nothing to their website yet but at least they have a number up on the "coming soon" page...

    MINI World Inc.

edit: Sorry, don't know whether they meet the "reasonably priced" criteria...

Might want to look on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market too. Salvage yards all over the US post their parts.

Aslo check with Way, he often has a MINI or 2 around that he is parting out.

Funny you ask about used MINI parts. I'm looking seriously at starting just an entity. I own a body shop with a fair amount of storage and have access to several salvage pools. I think it would hard to be to be viable as a single line salvage business for such a limited vehicle as we have. However, as a side business, it might help pay for my MINI addiction. Who knows, might even be able to be a MA sponsor one of these days. We have a VA rebuilder license and a dismantler license. I may have a good headlamp. I'll check tomorrow. I do have a good one, just not sure if it's a left or right.

I've currently got 2 MINI's that we've been parting out. The reality is alot of the parts either don't break, or are not usable in another car like the computers. I've tried to buy them through the insurance auctions, but they just bring too much at the auction to make it profitable. I have 2 different salvage licenses but most companies are buying them to rebuild and willing to give alot more than what they are worth in parts.

Hey Norm, the one I have is a left side. I did find one at a yard in Orange NJ. Try Mike's Wrecking yard at 1-973-674-0001. They show one for 400 bucks. Oh, and they speak Russian. That must be important in Orange, NJ. The contact name I have is Serji. Go figure.
