So its official, D.B. owns me... I never thought I would feel this way again since selling my wrangler 2 years ago. Yesterday I let my boyfriend take D.B. to work as I needed a bit more room to get my daughter and her friend. BIG MISTAKE!!!! I had withdrawals all day, leading me to pace the house for 20 minutes before D.B was home. Grabbed the keys and went to run other errands. I have also seen a few other mini owners in my area who have adopted "It's a Mini thing" and give a friendly wave... I now feel complete... Best part is... I told him he can have my Dakota and he said he will never use D.B. to commute in again (He doesn't like not being able to see around the other cars)
It’s hard getting behind the wheel of another vehicle after you have had some seat time in a MINI. I use to be a truck guy, I have to remember to turn it over once or twice a month just to keep the fluids moving.
Man Dave you need to eat less cheese, you sound all plugged up!!:frown2: When I've been on the road for a few days I can't what to get back to the Mini. I'm addicted!
I used to drive past a house every day where they had paved the front lawn over and painted the asphalt green. There was a gold painted lawn mower in the middle of the "Lawn". Dave
Haha, when I was stationed in California one of the neighbors had a green asphalt lawn. Because of the water rationing they were doing it was always the greenest lawn in neighborhood.
