Does anyone know how to remove a ATI crank pulley? There are three holes I thought I could screw the puller into but they are very small and I do not believe they are threaded. It seems like I had read somewhere that you should not remove the three bolts that are in it to use with the puller. I can't find anything ether way. Anyway if someone has done it that would be helpful.
For seals you sneak up on them & then club them into submission. :ihih: Lee I'd call Helix or Detroit Tuned & ask them, maybe even a call to ATI. For what that ATI costs you don't want to de$troy it.
From page 4 of my installation instructions: 1. Remove at least (3) three bolt from the damper on an equal pattern for use with damper installer/removal tool. 2. Refer to damper install/removal tool instructions to remove damper.
Qoute from ATI site; "For best results, use a damper installation tool when you install or remove your damper". For what it's worth, I also found this on the ATI site. Installation kit is part number 918999. But I'm guessing that you've already been thru this.
