We got 2 hours at it this evening and got the following done. Gearbox split, magnet cleaned, old diff out, new quaife LSD in, sealed and put back...

My quaife diff arrived yesterday I bought direct from them in the UK And with conversion to dollar it worked out at $860 it's due to be fitted...
