I wouldn't replace ALL of the fluid as only the fluid close to the calipers actually gets hot enough to boil. My local race prep/service shop...

Most folks who do numerous track days a year will bleed brakes after or before each weekend just so this doesn't happen.....
My only exposure to the excessive dash NVH is at idle with the A/C going. Fix.....keep rev's above 1000.

I have the Powerflex lower inserts (and upper) and have no issues with them. I just used a large fender washer to make sure they stayed in place....

I have the OEM drain plug adapter and it is well up in there. No worries about hitting anything with me. And it is giving you the best location...
