You are always going to find metal on the magnets in the tranny. Normal wear as long as you are not seeing large chunks or gear teeth you are good.
Drove my MINI on the back roads up to Mid-Ohio race track for the Indy car races. Passed maybe 2 dozen horse drawn vehicles on my Amish detour....
