As a stock import, my MINI won two car shows (nice trophies) View attachment 43926 View attachment 43926 . Haven't been able to drive for two months due to fifth back surgery in 7-years. A sad note: I just transported my 2005 BMW R1200GS to my dealer (120 miles away) to sell on consignment. I cannot ride a motorcycle any more. Where I live, no one knows what a Beemer is and NO ONE knows what a MINI is. I've been asked to participate in car cruises ('85 and earlier), also parades (for those, I mount a siren under the hood).

- Purchased on-line through BAT. One previous owner. A meticulous engineer from Washington, D.C. 23k-miles, 6-speed, new Michelin radials, all service records in binder, new mats, car cover, better than showroom clean, British flag on roof.
I will initiate performance modifications in the near future. The roads where I live are great driving roads: deserted, twisty, hilly, and no pavement deterioration. Also, no shoulders and a lot of deer, opossums, skunks, armadillos, and raccoons. Performance driving is not advised after dark.
