    About five of those didn't surprise me, but the others did. The Prius, with all of its batteries, definitely surprised me.

    numbers from edmunds.com (I must say i find it fishy the gen I and gen II numbers are sometimes precisely the same. Wikipedia also lists ~2500+ for both gen I and II. )
