I have owned two Miatas. My first was a 1990. I saw it on the used car lot of a Chevy dealership around 1998. It had 24,000 miles on it. It looked like a new car. Some college kid had a deal working on it, pending financing. Financing on an eight year old car? I made a cash offer on it, "in case the kid's financing falls through." As I was getting into my car, the salesman came running after me to tell me the car was mine. Sorry kid, but there are a rare few advantages to getting old. :biggrin5:
My wife and I loved that car, and we had a great time hanging out with the local Miata club.
