Look for a tire shop w/ Hunter Road Force Balancer. Try that 1st.

Just to follow up on my last message. Alignment was fine, as was wheel balancing. A local mechanic found a worn out ball joint on the passenger side. Got it fixed and now the vibration is practically gone. It's much better than before but not 100% perfect. It's an older car so I'm not expecting perfection at this point.

Now moving on to other annoying issues...

A slight possibility its your lower control bushings. These usually go bad around 40k. If you kick the front of your front wheel and it moves any its time to replace them. Use PowerFlex bushings they will be good for a long time.
When the shops pulled your wheels did they clean all the rust off the back of the rim and the brake rotor there the two mate? If not that could be it.

Thanks for the tip. I will check the bushings. I don't know if they cleaned the rust off the back of the rim however last time I removed a wheel I didn't notice any rust, at least nothing that required cleaning (to my untrained eye anyways). Might take the wheels off and check though...

    Could you check the alignment?

Just because something is old doesn't mean it has to have annoying issues even small ones. I'm old & ask my wife if I have any. On second thought don't..... o_O
