Too hot? Very small turnout lastnight and I feel that it was a combination of the heat and that we need to find a new spot for 1st Wednesdays. Those that attended were engaged in some very interesting discussions (you go Hughes)! Give us some input on your ideas if you're up for a change of venue.

I agree, I think a venue change may be in order. As much as I like Sonic's food, it is getting a little old.

IMGRFX suggested on the other site: "Hey but I found a good gathering place for us -- Roadhouse 66 - Wilson Bridge and Worth/Galena. Great decor and a good cruise in spot."
Maybe we should do an impromptu Labor Day gathering? Thoughts? Mid afternoon might be kind of nice for those of us that have a day off
Had fun last night! Those who thought it was too hot missed out...and actually the breeze made it quite nice. Good to see everyone! -

Sunday is the Italian car show at Wendy's Hdqrs in Dublin. Maybe they'll even have a Ferrari burn off. It's a good show. Babs & I like to do breakfast at Starliner & then head for Dublin for Italian exotics like Fiat 850's. :wink2 Actually I'd like to see the new Chrysler 500 Topolino.

Meg scores with the Labor Day adventure.
Route 66 here by Schrock?
And Mark, come on what else am I good for other than entertainment. I mean every group has -that- guy. And really our conversations are that bad... I just threw a big party at BW3's on Broad St. with a bunch of friends and the discussions that went on in there were pretty rough. Examples are not necessary here. -
I can't make the Labor Day deal...got to take things forgotten to Ohio Northern. Too many things for a college freshman to remember I guess. When I left for school (41 years ago), I only needed books and a couple pairs of bell bottom jeans.

I went the the Italian Car show yesterday, WOW what a bunch of nice cars. Ferrari sure has a lock on that red. Some of the metal castings on the Lamborghini's were a little rough, but maybe that's from their tractor heritage. Only saw one mini in the parking lot, "Motoring".
