    Sounds like your problem could be a leaking clutch Slave cylinder. The part is cheap, well under $100 plus labor, but you want to make sure you have someone that knows what they are doing replace and bleed it correctly.

    Sorry I don't know of any shops in Texas because I am in Pa.
