You need the locking mechanism its number one in the picture. I hope you have small hands its a pain to change.

as for changing them as a mechanic its a pain in the ass but iv had worse knuckle scraping jobs than that -

It's not really that hard if your double jointed, have magnetic fingers and don't mind bleeding from all the sharp edges in the inner door.
After you get over all that it's simple. :lol:
