This rear view mirror came installed on the car and I've decided I prefer the stock appearance instead so I removed it. Most of the double-sided tape is intact and you could reuse the tape and probably slap it on your mirror without needing extra double sided tape. Otherwise, a roll of 3M automotive grade tape is pretty cheap at a parts store. It is in grade A condition. This is for 2004 + models (with the slightly larger style rear view mirror) without the autodimming feature. If your mirror has built-in garage door openers, you'd need to make holes on the cover. This piece sells for $65 w/ shipping new. I think $30 shipped to the lower 48 states would be fair. I'd also consider trading for a chrome 2004-2006 factory front upper grille. Paypal preferred.
