    Is it a real JCW? I've never seen a MC40 that is also a JCW (has the engine kit). They usually have a bunch of JCW interior bits, but are NOT a JCW. That would be quite a interesting car if it has both the engine kit and the MC40 package (and was probably expensive as hell on the dealership floor when new).

    Yes it is an MC40 with the John Cooper Works package also! Rare indeed. I have attached a picture of the engine.

    Yeah it’s just the dealership JCW add on kit, because BMW / MINI did not own JCW back in the day. That does make it rare and I would rather have a real JCW kit like this car, then the crap MINI JCW’stjey sell now. (Stickers and just a tune)

    Yep... I didn't see that engine pic (or maybe it was recently added). That's a very nicely spec'd car.
