    Welcome to MA. I had my pump replaced about 2 months ago. I started by calling Mini US. Then I called the dealer. No one asked for the letter. Good luck.

    Having a little more trouble actually getting reimbursed from MINI for my pump that was replaced 2 years back. I got the letter and followed instructions I got on the phone for sending copies of repair bills to them, but have heard nothing but crickets chirping since then.
