R52 Base mini. Half a tank of fuel. Changed fuel filter. Now won't start. Taken it apart three times. The level sensor and the hose with the other metal arm "popped" off. Reinstalled those. Still no start. Fuel pump is priming. So I decided to take the line off of the filter housing, fuel comes out if there but no fuel out of the line. Suggestions??

I am not sure I follow. I think you are saying the fuel is coming out of the filter so the filter is not blocked. But what is the line that fuel is not coming out of?
Have you checked the fuel pressure at the rail? The pressure at the rail should be 43.5 +/- 3 psi.

I was going to reply earlier that if filter is not seated properly the car will not start but I reread your post and it stated that you have taken it apart and put back together three times so I held back from commenting. Is it possible that there is a problem with the o-ring on the filter ??

Possible. I will recheck that sometime in the next few days.

Ordered an oem filter kit. Put the new seals and filter in. Fired right up.
