    Ordered an oem filter kit. Put the new seals and filter in. Fired right up.

    I am not sure I follow. I think you are saying the fuel is coming out of the filter so the filter is not blocked. But what is the line that fuel is not coming out of?
    Have you checked the fuel pressure at the rail? The pressure at the rail should be 43.5 +/- 3 psi.

    I was going to reply earlier that if filter is not seated properly the car will not start but I reread your post and it stated that you have taken it apart and put back together three times so I held back from commenting. Is it possible that there is a problem with the o-ring on the filter ??
