A lot of comments on the authenticity of this car. The owner seems to be very engaged which always makes for a better auction. Personally I view this car as a very nice condition modded S and if’n I wanted a 100% JCW I’d look elsewhere.

 

On BaT a beautiful 2006 R53 with 26,000 miles was just sold by Geneva Motor Cars for $15,750. I just bring this up only because of the red questionable JCW that is now on the bidding block for $3,500 and one would think this should have an affect on it’s price.

 

The red car is now at $5,353 with over four days of bidding left.

 

With a little over three days to go the red car I’d still at $7,000. As always the last couple of hours should prove to be highly entertaining.

 

With a little over four days to go the GP2 is at $5,444. It’s a car that has been driven but has been maintained well.

 

The GP2 is now at $7600 with over two days to go. It has a few minor blemishes but overall looks to be a very nice driver.

 

Better get your bids in folks..... That price seems fair to me. I wonder if it will jump up at the last few minutes.

 

Less than three hours to go on the red ‘JCW’ and it’s still at $7500. The last half hour seems to see the wild bidding but at the moment this appears to be a real bargain.

 

With just over a day to go the bidding has heated up the GP2 as it is now $15,500.

 

I agree with Crashton that for under / at $10K it was a decent value but that’s when the bidding went bonkers through the roof.

 

With less than twenty hours to go the GP2 is still at $15,500. The last few minutes of the scheduled bid time and whatever amount of extra minutes they allot will most likely allow this car to be sold for low 20’s if’n the gen 2 cars follow what the recent trend of the gen 1 cars.

The 49,000 mile GP2 has eight hours to go and is at $18,444

 

The 49,000 mile GP2 sold for $22,500.

 

The 6700 mile GP2 with slightly less than two days to go is at $20,000.

 

With less than seven hours to go the 6700 mile GP2 bidding is at $23,000. The car has been kept in a climate controlled garage and is spotless so I would expect the last half hour of bidding to be extremely brisk.

 

Reserve not met at $34,000 on the 6700 mile GP2.
