Don't hate... we can't all be cool kids like Scooter.

I think it's more a timing thing.
I have bigger fish to fry with this project, than to waste time on taillights.
Looking back, it would have been better to tape off the lense and paint the chrome, rather than try to remove the chrome.
Chances are, they could be brought back, but I don't want to bother.-

There is an R53 in NJ that was actually painted Alpine White by the current owner. Why MINI insists on offering that pollen stained pepper white... is beyond me. They look so much better in a real white.

The temp of the water or brand of dryer sheets doesnt matter... They can even be used ones, so you dont smell like Snuggle!
The fabric somehow grabs the fiberglass shards like velcro, and yanks most of them out.-

Genius. This worked amazing. I've done quite a few fiberglass enclosures, and always dreaded the sanding.
This tip worked like a charm! Thanks!!!-

A tad cleaner. When it gets really cold, the car wash closes. So, haven't had a chance to wash. But finally it warmed up enough.
Zero traction.

Only 64 were made, mini kept four...
Leaving 60 for consumer purchase.
Their lowest production edition.-

Sorry but 18's will make the car ride harsh plus you are loosing power by spinning those large rims and tires. (Un sprung weight)
As for the paint, even if you wrap it you want to make sure the paint is clean.
I would have it professionally detailed unless you are good at wet sanding and polishing with a wool pad with heavy cutting cream on a rotary buffer.
If you have never buffed a car with a wool pad on a rotary buffer you can burn right through the clear and base coats very quickly.-

I might suggest that 17' might be the size to run...
I RARELY see a GP (the us version of what you have) running with the factory 18' rims...the ride was just too bad...folks sometimes run them as summer rims, but even then, one pothole, or bad railroad crossing, and you need a new rim/tire.....
Its your car...wrap it if you want...might actually protect the paint below....cars are made to be used, have fun!!-

We are friendly but we are not afraid of giving our opinion, don't take it wrong.
By the way my opinion is the only one that is correct.-

I think I have the best MINI color ever made!
No not the Midnight Grey on the porker! I'm talking the:
White Silver, Pure Silver, Silk Green, Laguna Green, Kite Blue, Oxygen blue, and Astro Black, with shades of primer and rust that make up the exterior of Isobell!
:Edit: I forgot there is some Pepper White on the body too... And the Spice Orange under the hood.-

The rims and rubber were a great deal. Don't worry!
I won't tell you the ride is rough...-

I had a rubi jku back in 08.
Traded it for an A4!
I found the tj in Texas a few years back.
Brought it up here, and proceeded to dump money into it.
Ramjet 350 crate engine, suspension seats, harness, full cage... Yada yada.
I think I drove it twice last summer.-
