Starting to get interested, but too many obstacles right now to get serious. If not sold in a few months, I will still be around and looking, but it's a complicated deal with being in Canada (my German passport is expired and I know I cannot cross that border with just my green card - renewing that passport will take months).
The 2.5% customs aren't a big deal, but being able to do a proper transaction across country lines without an expensive broker is what currently stops me. Also haven't sold my truck yet, which must come first.
Otherwise, with the audio gear removed and some paint changes, close to what I am looking for. -
I've imported 3 cars from the USA.
Can't be much more trouble going the other way.
