That was my intent, that people share their own work. I could have easily gone to the Killboy site, picked 12 great MINI shots, and called it a day. This way the calendar is a reflection upon the M/A Community and is truly your calendar.
Once the photos are are selected the people that submitted them will be contacted so I can put the proper photo credits on the calendar. There are enough great shots by members that those from a 3rd party are not needed.
So lets see YOUR shots please. I should have made the clear fromt he get go, my apologies.

Jim,
If you're using a Mac, import the photos into iPhoto. Then pick the one you want and export it to your desktop, when you do select large format and high quality (instead of original). That's what did the trick for me. If you're not using a Mac . . . well THERE'S your problem -

Nathan, I thought I uploaded a few pictures but I don't see them now...
-
Thanks  -
Nathan, I had the same problem. It says file uploading . . . and then just resets to the same page, no file names, no error message?
I'm using Firefox, I'll try it with Safari. -

Ok, I got the pictures from the computer instead of using URLs and it worked.

Killboy's and other photos that have been purchased may need a release from the photographer. Best to check with them before uploading for using in the calendar.
File size limit is 3000kb. -
The idea us to have lot to pick from. The calendar committee will pick the ones that work best for each month from the pool.

The photographer is considered an "artist", and they own the photo.....
Now they would be happy to sell you a picture. But that doesn't mean they are giving over the rights to that picture to you so you can make more pictures for other uses. The only way that works is if you get a release from the photographer.
Basically the photographer wants to sell anyone as many pictures as they can, which is certainly understandable, since that's their livelihood.
Awww heck Jim.... You could even buy one of me in my "S" from the Dragon last year..... -
