Agreed - you can still find them if you look. I just missed a black on black S. No mods etc. was negotiating price and person called and gave her full price sight unseen.

Thanks Dave! Didn't even know DT had their own version, I'll have to cancel my outmotoring order right quick. The GP2 wheels are beautiful to me, and that's all that matters :) And though I agree the current wheels look/are better, I just have a soft spot for chunky wheels.. I blame the 90's. I'd still be pissed if I bought a limited edition car and didn't have all the OE parts. Js.

@Qik @Dave.0 - thanks I’ll use the outmotoring stuff then.

Qik - regarding the OEM wheels, nope they didn’t come with it.. :(

Sorry - none of the stock parts came with the car.. pretty sure Mario sold those as he pulled them off to help fund the aftermarket. That said, didn’t discuss that with him yet.

Thanks - rides much better and will handle better. Now I just need to get it to a dyno to get some base runs in before I start making any changes. Then any changes I make we can compare against the baseline. That's the fun part. :)

OK - hoping I can get some work done on the GP2 (yes I need a better name.. any ideas are welcome) soon. Planning on revised intake and exhaust plus list of other things.. The drone from the exhaust is frankly not great. Anybody have Decible meter laying around I can borrow. Seems like good ones are a little pricy.

Ok - quick update.. here is what I’m looking to change near term:

    Engine/Performance
    1. Dyno.. have to start there.
    2. Forge BOV/diverter valve
    3. AEM Cold Air Intake (Replace ALTA) - AEM (21-721C) Cold Air Intake System - AEM (21-721C) Cold Air Intake System https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J5R7B5G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_nFjSAbNZDZ6SJ
    4. New strut brace.. because of the AEM cold intake. https://www.gtspec.com/product/gtspec-type-d-minicooper-r56-front-strut-brace/
    5. Exhaust - still looking at options here.. probably custom.
    ** Thanks @vetsvette

    Exterior
    1. Side door handles
    2. Gas Cap
    3. Front splitter.. not really the right size for the GP.. will add pics.
    Interior
    1. Something with sound system.. still researching.
    2. P3 Guage - http://www.p3cars.com/mini/mini-r55-59-p3-obd2-multi-gauge/
    3. Some sort of logging system.
Let me know if you think I’m missing anything..
