[/IMG] WorldCarFans spy photographers have caught the 2013 out in daylight during winter testing. Spies have captured these latest daylight shots of a 2013 MINI Cooper prototype testing in a group of some MINI prototypes in addition to a BMW 1 Series GT. Caught at a petrol station spies took advantage of the moment to snap both vehicles together. The 2013 MINI will be underpinned by a new front-wheel drive platform code named UKL. It will be slightly larger than the current model. The UKL platform is reportedly quite flexible and will be used in six to nine new models including a new compact BMW due to arrive in 2014 as well as the next-generation Clubman.
:cornut: It appeared to me that the Mini had the driver's side 3rd (half)door. But on the passenger side behind the door was a similar 'line' like the 3rd door line on the driver's side. Any one else see it? Bilateral 3rd doors???????? Jason Addendum- the 'line' on the passenger side however, doesn't bisect the window as it does on the driver's side. So no passenger side 3rd door only a similar body panel.
